VINES
100% Picolit of Cialla.

AGEING
Wine grower: three years, including 12 months’ maturation in oak barrels and 24 months’ ageing in bottles.
Consumer: good chances of ageing. Special vintages can reach and sometimes keep over 25 years, in a “crescendo”.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Colour: golden yellow, clear, light and bright.
Nose: rich bouquet, exceptionally elegant (with a light fragrance of acacia flowers), and scent of hive and white flowers.
Taste: sweet, strong and aristocratic, well-balanced with its acidic component, full and round, ending in a long finish.

TASTING CONDITIONS
Definition: sweet white wine.
Food: great " meditation " wine, but also excellent when served with foie gras, hot cheese and biscuits.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
Serving suggestions: uncork upon serving.
Bottle: Bordeaux type, white; store in a horizontal position.
Cork: ø 26 x 50 mm.

Suggested wine glass: slightly round-edged small goblet; fill by half to enhance the great value of this wine and allow it to maintain its precious bouquet, blending with taste.
